Teacher Ann believes that every student can learn a language given enough time and practice. She teaches using a variety of techniques because every student is unique and different. She works to create a genuine rapport with her students and parents. She gives immediate and constructive feedback that will benefit her students’ learning. She demands focus and precision in her classroom. But she also provides a space for mistakes and corrections, as well as peer evaluation. She hopes to build confident and resilient learners.
