(1) The Student shall not be entitled to receive any Course Materials for any classes which he or she has not registered or paid for. In the event that the Student commences classes mid-way, the Student shall only be entitled to have access to Course Materials utilised or distributed from the date on which the Student begins attending the classes.

(2) Fees for unattended lessons are non-refundable. Students may be offered, subject to availability and at Ultimate’s sole discretion, up to 1 replacement class each month. If it is not possible to arrange a replacement class, the class fees shall not be refunded. Instead, the child will be given a recorded session or lesson materials with answers.

(3) For lessons unattended during public holidays or school holidays, students need to give advance notice of 1 week for lesson fee to be offset in the following month. However, lesson missed will not be covered again in class.

(4) Fee payment is to be done via PayNow upon receipt of monthly invoice via email. When making payment, invoice number and pupil’s name and level need to be stated. After transferring the fees, parents need to send a copy of the screenshot of the payment to our admin HP. No cash or cheque will be accepted.

(5) Fees are due up to the 15th of each month. A reminder will be sent after 15th.

(6) Photos of students may be taken during the course of lessons or workshops. Should you wish to be excluded from any of the photo-taking, please inform us in advance.

(7) For any Student with any important medical condition such as epilepsy, please inform the teacher when registering.

(8) There is no discounts for siblings or for taking multiple subjects. Our Centre fees are summarised as follows:
